Walk A Mile In Their Shoes

Join us for our Walk A Mile In Their Shoes event! This Awareness Walk aims to spread awareness for sexual assault in Rogers and Mayes counties.

According to the Oklahoma State Department of Health, it is estimated that 17% of women and 3% of men nationally have been victims of sexual violence in their lifetime. In Oklahoma, the rate of reported rape and attempted rape among females has been 35-45% higher than the U.S. rate for the past decade.

Help us raise money to serve local survivors of sexual assault and show your support by walking a mile in their shoes.

Early Registration: 8:00 AM
Awareness Walk Begins: 9:00 AM

Bring your family, friends, and coworkers! Create a team and be sure to deck out in TEAL to show your support for local survivors!

Free water will be provided, and refreshments will be available.

T-Shirts:
Available for a $20 donation or with any level of sponsorship.

Awards:
Best costume/most spirit
Team with the most donations

Please note: The walk will happen rain or shine. However, if lightning occurs, the walk will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
